Investing in Angola

ECONOMIC FRAMEWORK

With the intervention of the IMF and the policies aimed at economic stability in the country, Angola has significant needs and enormous potential for the development of infrastructure across the entire nation. This will not only foster economic growth but also create conditions for increased demand in the real estate sector, particularly in the residential segment.

The Oil & Gas sector and the needs for green energy generation make Angola a preferred country for many investors and investment funds. Several investments of billions of USD have already been planned and agreed upon. All of this investment has a direct impact on the real estate sector.

The demands for 'Sustainability' by all stakeholders worldwide create a unique opportunity for intervention in the land use planning and the 'waste' of the landscape, throughout Luanda and Talatona, caused by the failure of projects and the degradation of vacant properties, requiring an urgent intervention for redevelopment.

The reorganization of supply chains and the supply of essential agricultural products further reinforces the strategic role of Angola in terms of its agricultural, agro-industrial, and industrial potential, fostering even more Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and the need for a quality supply and new products for the real estate sector.

ANGOLA, A PROMISING TOURIST DESTINATION

"The humid tropical climate [of Angola] has created a lush flora and rich fauna spread across regions with forests, savannas, impressive mountains, rivers, beaches that seem to stretch endlessly, waterfalls, oases, and beautiful landscapes that seem to extend to infinity and are all immaculate and untouched. An endless summer of warm evenings bathed in hot breezes for adventure and discovery."

Angola has an extreme natural beauty that reveals itself as a promising tourist. Mussulo Island and Cabo Ledo are examples of places with an immense capacity to attract tourists, as well as areas of the provinces such as Namibe, Benguela, Malanje and Cuanza-Sul. The Calandula Falls in Malanje is particularly impressive.
